Board of Aldermen Meeting, Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 6pm at City Hall
Ocean Springs, MS – Due to restrictions set forth by Governor Tate Reeves’ in regards to COVID-19 and Executive Order 1509, the maximum capacity for the public to be in the Board Room is 10 people. We will have chairs spaced out for social distancing among the public. The hallway is also available for the public, if waiting for a specific item on the agenda, and the maximum capacity for the hallway is 10. We will have chairs available if needed during this time.
If you are attending the Board Meeting to speak at a Public Hearing, so that attendance is not required, you can send any correspondence to PlanningAdmin@oceansprings-ms.gov and all messages will be read aloud during the meeting by the Planning & Grants Administrator. We also will have a signup sheet at the entrance of the Board Room, please sign-in to speak during Public Hearings.
If you would like to submit any comments to be read aloud for Public Comment please send any correspondence to MBrown@oceansprings-ms.gov. These comments do not have to be about specific items on the agenda.
