Maximum Capacity for Board Meeting June 16, 2020
Board of Aldermen Meeting, Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at 6pm
Ocean Springs, MS – Due to restrictions set forth by Governor Tate Reeves’ in regards to COVID-19, the maximum capacity for the public to be in the Board Room is 30 people. We will have chairs spaced out for social distancing among the public. The hallway is also available for the public, if waiting for a specific item on the agenda, and the maximum capacity for the hallway is 28. We will have chairs available if needed during this time. The public is also welcomed to wait outside until their specific item on the agenda is ready.
If you are attending tonight to speak at a Public Hearing you can send any correspondence to PlanningAdmin@oceansprings-ms.gov and all messages will be read aloud during the meeting by the Planning & Grants Director. We also have a signup sheet at the entrance of the Board Room, please signup to speak during Public Hearings.
