Rental fee may be paid with cash, check, or credit card. Bonfire permits may be cancelled at any time by a representative of the City. The material pile should be NO LARGER THAN four feet in diameter and four feet in height. Participants must have a bucket of water on site for fire extinguishment.Initials All fires must be extinguished with water (not covered with sand) by 10:00 p.m. The permit holder and a maximum of two vehicles will be allowed to remain at the location for clean-up purposes until 11:00 p.m. All other persons must leave by 10:00 p.m.Initials The $25.00 non-refundable permit fee covers only clean-up of the actual fire pit. Clean-up of the surrounding area is the permit holder's responsibility as the renter.Initials The permit holder is responsible to see that all persons attending the bonfire adhere to all City Ordinances and Beach Rules. Practice fire safety at all times.Initials Beach Rules are as follows: Littering is not permitted. No loud and/or offensive music or noise. No glass containers on the sand, road, or seawall; additionally, no metal containers on the sand. No parking from 10:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. without a permit, No animals running at large on Front Beach (Animal Leash Law Section 5-1).
