FAQs Regarding Governor Tate Reeves’
Executive Order 1511
Effective July 24, 2020 – ALL RESTAURANTS/BARS IN JACKSON COUNTY:
-Alcohol shall only be served to seated individuals (gathering around the bar is not permitted).
-All tables shall be limited to 10 people or less and tables shall be spaced 6 feet apart from other tables.
-Capacity is still limited to 50%
-Alcohol sales between the hours of 11pm and 7am are NOT ALLOWED.
ALL GATHERINGS IN JACKSON COUNTY must adhere to the following guidelines:
-Individuals shall maintain a social distance of 6 feet
-Social gatherings/activities shall be limited to 10 people indoors and 20 people outside
-Face coverings must be worn at all times inside and outside (when unable to maintain 6 feet social distancing)
