Shannon Grace Pfeiffer grew up in Ocean Springs and is a dedicated advocate for transparent governance, community-driven planning, and responsible growth. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New Orleans and holds a certification in Historic Preservation. Shannon served for six years as Vice Chair of the Ocean Springs Zoning and Adjustment Board, where she reviewed land use requests and helped guide responsible development that respects the city’s unique character.
Professionally, Shannon brings experience managing multi-million dollar civil engineering projects in the construction sector, where she specialized in budgeting, contract evaluation, and stakeholder coordination. She also has experience in the nonprofit sector, where she developed collaborative solutions rooted in public service. Shannon remains committed to open communication, inclusive policy making, and putting the needs of Ocean Springs residents first.
